The HISsies Awards Video was created for the 2008 Healthcare Information Management and Systems Society (HIMSS) annual conference. Its "premiere" was attended by the award recipients -- some of the most influential people in U.S. healthcare technology. The video was sponsored by HIStalk, a popular health information systems blog, and the organizers of the awards.
